Is this a bad idea? Running away!

ok im thinking about running away
i just have had enough of it here and i just want to get away before i get hurt any further
i already have a plan of destination but i don’t want to get caught so yea idk

Ok, This mostly has to do with your age on this one. Your 17 as of now, which means in the United States technically it’s illegal. But being that you’ve ran away before I am sure you know the laws and what can happen.

To be honest it all depends on what is your cause of running away. Is the risk worth it and is it the lesser of two evils? If so than it really is your choice. It seems you have enough money to survive on your own which is typically what most people forget. That even if you run away you do need money to survive.

Now being that your 17 and all I think it’s best that you ask your guardian that you are ready to move out on your own. At 17 if you think your ready odds are you likely can convince them if you have the time and dedication to do so.

Now if it’s really bad and they denied your request it’s your choice on what to do. I can’t recommend running away but I can understand and respect why you did it if you had a valid reason(s). So it all comes down to you. What do you need to do, what will make you happy, is this the safer choice? Est. Weight you choices and don’t make a irrational choice. I recommend you taking 24 hours once you decided to runaway if you do and wait to see if you still feel that way afterwords.
